BCCI नहीं देगा IPL से कमाई पर टैक्स, ITAT का किक्रेट कंट्रोल बोर्ड के पक्ष में फैसला

BCCI को टैक्स विभाग के खिलाफ बड़ी जीत मिली है. इनकम टैक्स अपीलेट ट्रिब्युनल (ITAT) ने बीसीसीआई की इस दलील को सही ठहराया है कि भले ही वह आईपीएल (IPL) के जरिए कमाई कर रहा है लेकिन इसका मकसद क्रिकेट को बढ़ावा देना है. इसलिए इस टूर्नामेंट से हुई आमदनी इनकम टैक्स छूट के दायरे में आती है.
